This hotel is a great value for the price. The prices are reasonable and affordable, especially considering the convenient location near the Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. The hotel staff were attentive and provided good service throughout my stay. The rooms were basic, but clean and well-maintained, with a private balcony to enjoy the views. The breakfast served was also satisfactory, providing a good start to the day.

My stay at this hotel was satisfactory; all was well.

reception were not helpful. misplace my passport and unwillingly to search for it untill was force to check the desk drawer where my passport were kept.

As someone who loves cleanliness, I was thrilled when I saw how well-maintained this hotel was. The staff should be commended for their attention to detail. Another highlight was the breakfast with a variety of food options that were all delicious. The hotel facilities were great, with a karaoke lounge that was particularly enjoyable. Lastly, the staff were all so friendly, especially Wandy, who made me feel welcome.

Couldn't stay longer.

The customer service are quite friendly although we ourselves are hard of hearing and Deaf. They try their best to communicate with us on our needs.

The hotel is convenient to go to and opposite the shopping mall, Harbourbay Mall.

It was mentioned in the website that there is mini-bar for the deluxe room, but I did not see any. Besides, the receptionist has requested for a deposit even after paying in full which I felt is redundant as there is no mini bar facility.

The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The rooms with private balconies provide a pleasant view and allow guests to enjoy some fresh air. The staff members are friendly and provide excellent service throughout the stay. The hotel's location is also a plus, as it is conveniently situated near the bustling harbour bay eating area.

One minor area for improvement could be the breakfast options.

I came with my family for a short vacation. Booked 3 Deluxe room with private balcony. Bed is comfy and staffs were helpful. Overall it was fine.

Toilet is very small. Balcony floor is dusty. The hotel is not fully ready yet. Breakfast doesn't have much variety. Noisy as our rooms are facing the road.

Very welcoming staff. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

No possibility of walking around. Having a car, or using taxi to get anywhere is necessary.

I recently had a stay at a hotel near the vibrant harbour bay eating area, and I must say that the location was fantastic. Being able to walk to various eateries and experience the local culinary scene was a definite highlight. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The basic amenities provided were sufficient, and I appreciated having a room with a private balcony that had been cleaned by the housekeeping. Finally, the breakfast served at this hotel was satisfying and provided a good start to the day.

Despite a generally positive experience, there were a few areas that could be improved upon.

The room, we stayed in Room 305, was a deluxe room with a private balcony.. Room was big and spacious and the balcony was big as well. Although it would be nicer if there were chairs and tables at the balcony for an evening drink. Room itself was comfortable. The TV had cable channels, which was very nice. Breakfast was inclusive in our rate. No western food, but a asian spread instead. So there were nasi goreng, bihun goreng and some other asian food which were actually nice but a bit too heavy for breakfast. would have preferred baked beans,and a more 'Western' spread instead. But overall, service was excellent. The gentleman at the counter, forgot his name, was great! Referred to us by our names and even hailed a cab for us when we checked out. For the price we paid, it was definitely worth it!

The hotel's wifi was reliable and the gym was spacious. The hotel taxi provided trustworthy service with fixed rates. The presence of a 24-hour shop and an ATM Mandiri within the hotel added convenience.

Stayed during Christmas and the hotel had a festive atmosphere. the room was spacious and clean with a big bathroom and great wifi connection. the hotel was located near the main business and eating districts of the city, making it convenient for grabbing a bite to eat or conducting business meetings. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The breakfast offered was very basic and nothing special. the swimming pool was not up to par with little light, no chairs to lounge in, and no towels offered.

We spent our Xmas break at a hotel in Batam. The breakfast included was varied and delicious, offering options for everyone's palate. The hotel's location was ideal, close to a shopping mall where we did some last-minute gift shopping. Additionally, the hotel had a beautiful rooftop pool with comfortable lounge chairs to relax and take in the view.

Our room at the hotel had some disappointments. The linens were worn and had some stains, the bathroom was not as clean as we would have liked, and the room seemed outdated and in need of renovation. We also encountered some difficulties communicating with some of the staff due to language barriers, making it challenging to address our concerns. while we enjoyed some aspects of our stay, we were disappointed with the room conditions and some miscommunication issues.

The hotel is conveniently located right across a large shopping mall with a wide variety of options, there's even a supermarket nearby - perfect for those who prefer cooking their own meals. the hotel is close to the ferry terminal, which makes it easy for travellers to embark and disembark. the room was clean and tidy, with a decent view of the seaside.

There were some minor issues with the bathroom curtains that needed cleaning.
